Request Evaluation

Purpose

This form is used to request access to the VERA evaluation artifact.

Requesting evaluation does not imply purchase, commitment, or acceptance.
Evaluation precedes trust.

What You Are Requesting

By submitting this form, you are requesting:

  • delivery of a version-locked VERA evaluation archive for local inspection and execution

  • the ability to run a deterministic evaluation on your own system

  • the ability to generate and inspect governance evidence

You are not requesting:

  • a demo

  • a hosted environment

  • runtime access

  • services or consulting

  • customization or integration

Evaluation is performed by executing a bundled, deterministic verification suite contained entirely within the delivered artifact.

Evaluation Expectations

Before requesting evaluation, please confirm that you understand:

  • evaluation is buyer-run and locally executed

  • artifact integrity is independently verified by the buyer prior to execution

  • no deployment or integration is required

  • no vendor system access is provided

  • evidence is generated entirely within your environment

  • acceptance or rejection is based solely on evaluation outputs

  • rejection is a valid and expected outcome

The evaluation does not contact vendor systems or external services and runs locally using a standard Python 3 environment.

Evaluation Delivery

Evaluation access is delivered as two files:

  • a version-locked evaluation archive (.zip)

  • a corresponding cryptographic checksum (.sha256)

The checksum allows independent verification of artifact integrity before any execution occurs.

Eligibility

VERA evaluation is intended for:

  • governance, risk, and compliance teams

  • procurement and vendor review functions

  • legal and audit stakeholders

  • executive reviewers responsible for AI oversight

VERA is not designed for:

  • end users

  • application developers seeking tooling

  • organizations looking for runtime governance systems

Commercial Context

Evaluation is provided as part of the initial governance artifact licensing process.

  • Initial evaluated artifact license: $100,000

  • Licensing applies only if the evaluated artifact is accepted

If the artifact is not accepted:

  • no license is issued

  • no payment obligation exists

An optional annual governance continuity renewal ($50,000) applies only if future evaluated releases are desired.

Submission Note

Submitted information is used solely to determine evaluation eligibility.

  • no data is shared

  • no marketing outreach is performed

Closing Statement

Evaluation exists to support an informed decision.

Trust is not required to evaluate.
Trust is earned only through evidence.
